Hot Mat Pilates – First in Neath & Swansea
Hot Mat Pilates is a full-body, strength-based Pilates class practised in a gently heated studio (around 32–35°C). The warmth helps your muscles and joints loosen for a deeper, more effective workout while enhancing circulation and mobility. Expect a dynamic flow that can incorporate small weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight strength work — all tailored to your level. It’s challenging yet restorative, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and completely recharged.
Reformer Pilates​
Strength training meets-flow.
Our Small-group Reformer-Pilates uses spring-based resistance to build lean muscle, improve posture and mobility. Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Mat Pilates​
Mat Pilates emphasises core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Formed on a mat, this workout incorporates controlled movements to enhance posture and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, Mat Pilates helps improve balance and muscle tone while promoting relaxation and mindfulness
