Our OG location and mothership - Neath holds a special place in our community. Our very first location that created the contrast therapy revolution in South Wales and still holds the title of the go-to wellness space. Holding up to 8 people, our ice baths sitting at 6, 4, and 2 degrees can guarantee you the next level of rejuvenation. Our traditional Finnish sauna, comfortably reaching 110°C, welcomes you with open arms and provides a space to decompress, switch off from the outside world and properly sweat.
