I have become a member of revive and it has been great ! I go to my reformer session on a Sunday morning and then step into contrast therapy straight after. This is a full body detox and I feel so much better for it. With my knee and shoulder injury it is certainly what I need and I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, if you’ve not tried it and want to give it a go I would Highly recommend revive wellness club x
